replaced an existing deck

We demolished an existing dry rotted deck, and installed the 4x4s on the existing footings. We found that it is badly out of square while trying to install the deck boards. What is the best approach to correcting? Work out from one corner to the last 3, or try to have 2 parallel sides first? Or tear the whole thing down?
